Information we collect

We collect information you provide and information the platforms make available when you authorize a connection:

• Account information, including your name and email address, and the information needed to sign you in securely.
• Workspace information, such as the workspace name, members, roles and settings.
• Posts, captions, uploaded images and videos, publishing choices, scheduled times and post status.
• OAuth access tokens and, where provided, refresh tokens that allow Relay to act on your instructions without asking for your platform password.
• Basic connected-profile information, including names, usernames, avatars, and Page or account IDs.

How we use your information

We use your account and workspace information to provide access to Relay and manage your workspace. We use connected-platform data only to display your connected profiles, publish or schedule the content you ask us to publish, and show its status. We do not use platform data for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell your personal information.

Tokens and security

Platform access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We never sell them or share them with other users, advertisers or data brokers. Relay sends tokens only to the relevant platform to authenticate the operations you authorize. We use access controls to protect workspace data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Storage and service providers

Relay runs on Cloudflare. We store account, workspace, post and connection records in Cloudflare D1, and uploaded media in Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare processes this information on our behalf to host and operate Relay. Processing may take place outside your country. When you publish, we send your chosen content and the information needed to publish it to the platforms you select.

How long we keep data

We retain your information while it is needed to provide the service. Disconnecting a platform account deletes its stored tokens and connected-profile record from Relay. Workspace posts and uploaded media are separate from the connection and remain until deleted or until the workspace is deleted. Media you delete in the Library is removed from our media storage. To delete a whole workspace, contact us: we then delete its posts, uploaded media, connections and settings.

Your rights and data deletion

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us below. To protect your data, we may need to verify that you own the account or are authorized to act for the workspace. To remove a connection or request deletion:

• In Relay, open Accounts, choose the connected account, then choose Disconnect and confirm. If you cannot access the workspace, email us.
• For account or workspace deletion, email the contact address below from your registered email address and identify the account or workspace concerned. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
• You can also revoke Relay’s access in the connected-app or permissions settings of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or X. This stops future authorized access; contact us if you also want the data stored in Relay deleted.
• Disconnecting or deleting data in Relay does not automatically remove posts already published on a platform. Manage or delete those posts on the platform itself.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X handle information under their own policies. Those policies govern their use of content you publish and information they collect independently of Relay:

Children

Relay is intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service or our obligations change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by applicable law.
