Terms of Service

The service

Relay helps you prepare, publish and schedule posts to connected Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, TikTok and X accounts through OAuth. Features depend on the integrations currently available, the permissions you grant and each platform’s rules.

Accounts and workspaces

You must be at least 18 to use Relay. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and connect only accounts you are authorized to manage. Workspace owners are responsible for choosing members and permissions. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account or workspace. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content and platform rules

You keep ownership of your content. You give Relay permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the service and carry out your publishing instructions. You are responsible for your posts, media, schedules, audience settings, and all necessary rights and consents, including music and image rights. You must comply with applicable law and each platform’s terms and policies, including:

Acceptable use

Use Relay responsibly. You must not:

• Publish unlawful content, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, harass people, impersonate others, or send spam or deceptive content.
• Access another person’s account or workspace without permission, share stolen credentials, or bypass platform restrictions, rate limits or review requirements.
• Upload malicious software, interfere with Relay or a connected platform, or attempt to compromise the security of the service.

Platform availability and restrictions

Connected platforms control their APIs, permissions, content moderation and availability. They may restrict, delay, reject or remove posts or withdraw access. TikTok posts made through an unaudited integration may be restricted to private viewing until TikTok completes its audit. We cannot guarantee approval, uninterrupted access, publication at an exact time, or any particular audience reach. Check post status and the platform itself before retrying an uncertain publication.

No warranty

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Relay is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or error-free publishing. Keep your own copies of content you need. This does not affect guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nestphones is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business opportunities or reputational loss arising from use of Relay. We are not responsible for actions or outages of third-party platforms beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Relay, disconnect your accounts or contact us to request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create a security risk, or if required by law or a connected platform. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the reason and provide notice. After access ends, publishing and scheduling may stop. Data deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to the service or terms

We may change the service and these terms. Revised terms will appear here with an updated date. We will give notice of material changes where required by law. If you disagree with revised terms, stop using Relay; continued use after they take effect means you accept them, subject to applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any mandatory protections or rights that apply to you under the law of your place of residence remain unaffected. Please contact us first if you have a concern so we can try to resolve it.
